I GOT MY FOAM TILES!!!!! 🙂
I got my foam tiles “installed” with the help of our amazing contractor! I will post on that soon!
In the meantime, I will show you how I’ve been organizing my fabric with these awesome “The Fabric Organizer“‘s.
***WARNING: PICTURE LOADED***
They offer three sizes of organizers: Large, Shorty and Small. And they all have multiple snaps to attach different sized fabric. 🙂 how neat is that???
I don’t know about you, but I am just beyond over having to iron my fabric EVERY TIME I got to use it.. These wrinkles have got to go!
Luckily, I can fold my fat quarters onto these small organizers easily! Just lay out the fat quarter, as it came off the bolt, folded in half. Fold it in half again and place it on the snaps.
As you wrap your fabric around the organizer, make sure your fabric is straight and aligned at the edges. Then simply pin the end of your fabric with a pin and you’re done!
I have a lot of fat quarters that I used to rummage through from a pile, which gets frustrating having to organize them in their piles again and refold.. So as you can see, I’m very happy to have found these fabric organizers at the quilt festival! Now I can actually SEE all of my colors and designs on my fabric with ease!
Now lets check out the shorty organizer.
It’s wider and shorter than the small organizer and perfect for storybook panels or any other special fabric that you may have!
Again, super easy to wrap your fabric on, just snap the end of your fabric, wrap around and pin!
These babies can hold up to ten yards of fabric at a time!
This allows you wrap your fabric in bundles or groups based on the project you’re working on. 🙂
Now these large organizers are incredible!! My crafty room will look like a mini fabric store with these organizers! Lol
Same as the small and shorty organizers, snap your fabric in, wrap and pin! I absolutely love having my kitty fabric in these organizers where I can see the print and be able to keep it free of wrinkles!
Raymond is enjoying my kitty fabric collection! 🙂 Isn’t he adorable? Oh my sweet baby Ray!
I have quite a ways to go organizing my fabric stash but I am on my way! 🙂
Oh, and did I mention that these organizers fit in most bins and boxes?! What a great way to store your fabric, scraps, ribbons, strips and MANY more!
Check out their website here!
Let me know how you organize your fabric stash, I would love to see it! 🙂
Thank you for reading! Again, sorry for the lack of posts, I’ve had a couple of setbacks in my crafty room. All for the good ,though! 🙂 stay tuned for more posts and pictures!!
Toodles for now,
Diana and Ray<3
It’s interesting to see how different people deal with their stashes. This system wouldn’t work well for me, but I’m sure it does for many. Hope you enjoy it!

Thank you 🙂 I wanted to leave my fabric out on top of my shelves, but because we live on top of a hill, the dust is horrible! So I had to find a way to organize and store them in bins. I’ve gotten more organizers and bins since this post, I will post soon! 🙂
Thanks for reading!
